Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only possible within Germany.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of €0.00 per order.
When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
